Classic Black Tea

INGREDIENTS
 

  • New Chumta Tea Leaves 🍃6 gms
     

  • A cup of hot water
    ☕️

     

  • Sugar
    🍚

    2 tsps

SERVES 1 | READY IN 5 MINS | DIFFICULTY VERY SIMPLE AND EASY

Method
 

  1. Boil a Cup of Water
     

  2. After boiling, add the water to the tea leaves
     

  3. Let the leaves brew for 5 mins
     

  4. Add sugar as per taste
     

  5. Enjoy Hot Cup of New Chumta Black Tea

 

New Chumta Special Tea

INGREDIENTS
 

  • New Chumta Tea Leaves 🍃
    6 gms
     

  • A cup of hot water ☕️
     

  • Sugar 🍚
    2 tsps
     

  • Crushed Cardamom
    2 Pods
     

  • Whole Peppercorns
    2 crushed corns
     

  • Crushed Ginger
     

  • Few Drops of Lemon Juice 🍋

SERVES 1 | READY IN 8 MINS | DIFFICULTY NOT TOO TRICKY

Method

  1. Boil a little over one cup of water in a sauce pan
     

  2. Add 6 grams of New Chumta Unblended tea leaves to the boiling water
     

  3. Add sugar as per your taste and let it boil for 2 minutes till it attains a reddish hue
     

  4. Add two crushed slices of ginger to give a strong and pungent flavour
     

  5. Add a pinch of freshly crushed pepper
     

  6. Boil for two minutes in a low flame
     

  7. Once the aroma starts to kick in, pour the tea into a cup
     

  8. Add a few drop of lemon juice and serve

Chumta Masala Chai

 

INGREDIENTS
 

  • New Chumta Tea Powder 🍃
    2 tsps
     

  • Hot Milk 🥛
    2 cups
     

  • Sugar 🍚
    4 tsps
     

  • Lemon Grass Stalks 🌱
    2 Stalks cut finely
     

  • Chai Masala
    1/2 tsp
     

  • Crushed Ginger

SERVES 2 | READY IN 8 MINS | DIFFICULTY NOT TOO TRICKY

Method

  1. Combine 2 cups of water, tea powder, sugar, lemongrass, ginger and chai masala in a non-stick saucepan and boil on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
     

  2. Add the milk, mix well and bring to boil on a medium flame. When the mixture boils till the brim, reduce the flame to slow to prevent it from spilling out and continue to boil for 4 to 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally if required.
     

  3. Strain immediately using a strainer and discard the tea powder mixture.
     

  4. Serve immediately.

 

Adrak Elaichi Chai

INGREDIENTS
 

  • New Chumta Tea Leaves 🍃
    6 gms
     

  • Hot Milk 🥛
    2 cups
     

  • Sugar 🍚
    4 tsps
     

  • Crushed Ginger 
     

  • Cardamom Pods
    2 crushed pods

SERVES 2 | READY IN 8 MINS | DIFFICULTY NOT TOO TRICKY

Method
 

  1. Combine 1 cup of water, tea leaves, sugar ,ginger and cardamom, mix well and boil on a medium flame for 3 minutes.
     

  2. Add the milk, mix well and boil on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
     

  3. Serve immediately.

Chumta Elaichi Chai

 

INGREDIENTS
 

  • New Chumta Tea Leaves 🍃
    6 gms
     

  • Hot Milk 🥛
    2 cups
     

  • Sugar 🍚
    4 tsps
     

  • Cardamom Pods
    2 crushed pods

SERVES 2 | READY IN 8 MINS | DIFFICULTY NOT TOO TRICKY

Method
 

  1. Combine 1 cup of water, tea leaves, sugar and cardamom, mix well and boil on a medium flame for 3 minutes.
     

  2. Add the milk, mix well and boil on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
